About Kristy Ryan
Kristy feels fortunate to be a part of the handpicked group of Realtors at Realty Absolute, one of the fastest growing brokerages in Southern Utah. As a fourth generation Southern Utah resident, she knows the area well. From the vibrant downtown areas to the picturesque suburban and rural outskirts, every part of Southern Utah has a unique beauty and charm worth exploring.
She was educated at Dixie State University and Northern Arizona University. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in English and Creative Writing.
Kristy has a passion for working closely with people, both as a resource of information, and partnering with them to achieve their goals.
Prior to selling real estate, she worked as an advocate for children and families escaping and healing from domestic violence, and as a doula and apprentice midwife for birthing women and their families. Through this work, she gained experience in management and customer service.
A thoughtful and goal oriented Real Estate Agent, Kristy never passes up an opportunity to gain more knowledge about this field. She loves learning about renovating and upkeep of older properties, as well as development and planning of new construction. Whatever your plans, you can expect the highest level of professionalism and service with every transaction.
Aside from work, she spends her time practicing yoga, running long distances, swinging Russian kettlebells, and writing short stories. Kristy enjoy living in downtown St. George in a home built in 1948 with her husband, daughter, two cats, African Grey parrot, and a brood of free-range backyard chickens.
